Forg is where builders, indie hackers, and creators grow in public. We help people share their product journeys and connect with like-minded builders. Our design aesthetic is inspired by high-quality parchment, human warmth, and thoughtful storytelling.

We are looking for a creative and energetic Instagram Content Creator to help grow the Forg. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, filming, and editing short-form content (Reels) that resonates with our target audience. 

The Expectation (Reach & Quality)

Since the budget is ₹500/reel, we are specifically looking for Nano-influencers or Student creators who are building their personal brand.

• Follower Count: 2,000 – 15,000 active followers.
• Performance: We expect each Reel to hit a minimum of 1,500 – 3,000 organic views within the first 48 hours.
• On-Camera Presence (Mandatory): This is NOT a faceless role. You must be comfortable being the "face" of the content, narrating, and appearing in the videos.
• Tone: Authentic, warm, and helpful. No "corporate" or "over-edited" hype. Think of a "friend recommending a cool tool."

Responsibilities:

• Create 15-30 second Reels focused on [Insert Forg's Core Value - e.g., productivity/coding/community].
• Face-to-Camera Content: Create 15-60 second Reels featuring yourself.
• Incorporate forg’s branding and call-to-actions naturally into the content.
• Editing: Use trending audio but keep the edit clean and readable. Use warm-toned filters or natural lighting to match the forg aesthetic.

Conditions & Requirements:

• Content Rights: forg retains the right to use the created content for ads or reposting on our official channels.
• Approval Process: Final edits must be approved before posting.
• Consistency: Ability to deliver [X] reels per week/month.
• Raw Files: Must be willing to share raw footage if requested.

PS - We start with a 1-month trial (2-4 reels). If successful, we are open to a long-term monthly retainer with a performance-based bonus structure.
